Batman to clean up family law !

A New Fathers 4 justice protester dressed as Batman will shortly be going on a mission to clean up the family law system.

Batman will enter the family courts to clean up the mess, with a specially "Bat" modified, purple new f4j approved family law cleaner.

He hopes to make a start on cleaning the 100,000 child contact cases that come into dispute each year in the UK.                                                                                

One in three children will lose contact with their Father within 5 years of their lives.

This specially modified "batcleaner" will suck up the inequality and biasness within the family courts and has specially adapted settings to deal with the dirty problems of "false allegations" and the "nasty smell of corruption." 

"I hope to clean up family law...who knows, I might suck up a few corrupt judges and the "gravy train, money hungry solicitors” Batman said.

Batman added, ‘If the family courts were "open" how they should be, I wouldn’t need to suck up the mess in them and the other courts in the land, like my bat cleaner the law certainly does suck!

Jack Straw, the Justice Secretary, has only given a token gesture to our demands. Currently, only selected members of the media or selected cases will be seen and reported. This does not go far enough and the family courts must be brought in line with the crown and magistrates courts.

"We've see it with Mp's expenses, where we now get openness and transparency.......we now need it in the family courts to stop endless heartache for children and Dads alike."

Batman would like to invite other Dads in the same predicament to join him with their own Batcleaner and make a stand for Justice.....Justice for our children!!!

Batman will attend courts to clean up the mess and could be coming to a court near you !

Because of a telephone threat to expose an NHS trust for the child abuse, which Mr Incredible believes would be proved by the joint app under the Freedom of information act.

Of which both parents and child concerned, agreed too.

And has previously ordered by District Judge Levi in Reigate County Court, Surrey.

Mr Incredible is to face a charge under section127 (1a) & (3) of the
communications act 2003....(designed for obscene phone calls).

The taxpayers of Britain are funding this show, and admission is FREE

Protest For Geoff Hibbert In London this Saturday

M25 protester Geoff Hibbert has gone on hunger strike in Wormwood Scrubs and is only accepting fluids. The prison is worried and are monitoring him very closely.

His solicitors Jung and Co in Southall have filed an appeal and are working on getting him bail, but it does not look likely.  He is in Wormwood Scrubs and he will remain there untill he is sentenced.

 

Ron Reid his best friend said 'I can't believe it has come to this. Geoff has been my best friend for 24 years and have never seen him so broken. All he wants to do is see his daughter.'

'Superhero' fathers climb cranes

The two protesters left a banner on one of the cranes Two men from the group New Fathers 4 Justice (NF4J) have staged a Father's Day protest by climbing cranes dressed as Banana Man and Captain America. David Hodge and Sean Wheeler scaled the cranes beside Newport Leisure Centre in south Wales at 0700 BST on Sunday to highlight fathers' rights. Mr Hodge came back down at around 1000 BST and Mr Wheeler followed at 1045 BST and both were arrested by police. Matthew Starmore from NF4J said both wanted changes in the law. Mr Hodge, who was dressed as Captain America, had been apart from his three children for 15 years, said Mr Starmore. "He's not been a part of their growing up and he's gone through a great deal of psychological trauma because of it," he said. Mr Wheeler broke up with his partner last year and has full access to his son but decided to protest because he feels so strongly that the justice system is unfair, said Mr Starmore. He said he did not know what they had been arrested for but suspected it was for trespass. He said both men were taken to Newport central police station. Gwent Police sent officers to the scene to ensure the safety of the protestors and the public, they said. Traffic diversions were put into place. Arrests after protest on 100ft crane TWO men staged a fathers' rights protest after scaling cranes at a Newport building site this morning. The Father's Day action - more than 100 feet up - on the site of the partially-built university campus on the west bank of the River Usk, lasted almost three hours and forced the temporary closure of the city centre's main transport route. Traffic was re-routed away from Usk Way, which was closed by Gwent Police for safety reasons for around three hours, along a 300-metre stretch from the Newport Centre to the traffic lights near the Castle Bingo complex. Neither man has been named by police, though they are believed to be from the Newport area. Dressed in costumes depciting Captain America and Banana Man, they draped banners over the cranes' edges, one of which read: Where's Daddy? New Fathers 4 Justice. New Fathers 4 Justice is a pressure group dedicated to what it describes as non-violent direct action, to try to get the Government to redraft the family law system, which it believes is biased against fathers. Police were called to the scene around 7.40am. Aside from inconvenienced motorists, only early morning anglers on the city footbridge, a team of police officers and the occasional curious passer-by, one of whom shouted angrily at the pair, witnessed the protest. One protester climbed down shortly after 10am and was arrested after completing his descent. The other came down at 10.30am. He too was arrested. Usk Way reopened shortly afterwards. Both men were being held on suspicion of trespass.

Sent To The Tower By Family Law

Pair stage protest at top of Carfax Tower

Protestors dressed as the Incredible Hulk and a court jester have staged a demonstration on top of Oxford's Carfax Tower.

They're both members of a group calling itself 'New Fathers 4 Justice' - a splinter group from the original Fathers4Justice, which has now disbanded.

One of the protestors, Roger Crawford, 60, claims he hasn't been able to see his daughter for 15 years.  The pair paid to enter the Carfax Tower just before 11.30am on Friday 19 June.  When at the top, they started their demonstration, unfurling banners, and refusing to come down.

Roger Crawford, 60, from Bedfordshire, and Peter Smith, 33, from Bristol, were given a 5pm deadline by police to come down.

The protest ended just after 2.00pm when a pre-booked group of schoolchildren turned up hoping to go up the Tower.  The protestors decided to end their demonstration so the school trip could go ahead.

No arrests were made and both protesters left the Tower waving to the passing cars and crowds watching.

 

Richard West answers his bail Spiderman style!!

After getting a court order to see medical documents Richard West is STILL being denied them by the Surrey CAHMS. Richard made a firm phone call to a 'Patient Affairs Manager' and she made a complaint to the Police!!

Richard West from Ottery St Mary was arrested by Special Branch and driven two hours to Reigate Police Station, Surrey. Last Friday at Woking Court he was charged and bailed to appear at Exeter's Heavitree Police Station every Saturday and Swindon Police Station twice a week.

Now Richard has to appear three times a week appearing on bail for a section 127 offence of Section 127(2) of the Communications Act 2003, Using public electronic communications network in order to cause annoyance, inconvenience.

Is this good use of Police money and you would have thought special Branch have better thing to do with their time and resources.

These bail condition are a gross infringement of Richard's human rights

All Mr West and his ex wife want is for Surrey CAMHS to reveal his sons medical report.During Richards private family law case, Judge Levy ordered CAMHS to disclose case notes to Richard, but they refused to do so.

What have they got to hide??

Rich was charged with such a lame offence his brief has never even heard of it and is being forced to sign on 3 times a week at various police stations so he showed Plod in Swindon today exactly what he thought of their attempts to curb his protesting days... hahahaha..

He is currently on bail till at least fathers Day, after which the charges are expected to be dropped..

Another protester and activist slammed with the law in a bid to stop the demonstrating and encouraged others getting ready for non violent direct action.

Expect the unexpected
